The town of Biscucuy, as the capital of Sucre Municipality, is anchored at the foot of the Andes mountains, specifically in the Sierra de Portuguesa of the Venezuelan Andes and the Cordillera of Venezuela. Part of the upper northwest of the State of Portuguesa.
